Due to the unique nature of the real estate profession, safety should always be taken into account when scheduling and planning meetings with clients. REALTORS® may require that their clients always meet them at their office for the initial meeting, and may require that clients provide photo ids prior to showing any properties. These should be copied and kept at the office, along with a log of your showing schedule with property information so that an office colleague can perhaps offer assistance in case you do not keep your appointed schedule.
